Jumpgate Evolution is a 'Space Action MMO' - or in other words a game where the game world is persistent (i.e. it's online, and always there, even when you log out). You play with/against other people across the globe, undertaking feats of daring and finding rewards.

Your ship is your home. Build it to last. Choose from an almost endless combination of weapons, mining equipment, ship hulls, power plants, shields, radars and many other types of equipment. Build a powerful long range killing machine, armed with a huge array of missiles and devastating plasma guns. Outfit your small maneuverable ship with quick fire machine guns to tear holes through any enemy and then disappear in a flash. Modify your massive hauler to carry your fortune across space; then get the best engines money can buy so that you can amass your fortune more quickly.

TAKE PART IN EPIC BATTLES

The next fight is just around the corner. In addition to fighting off other ships, you might come across a massive battle station, a well defended capital ship or perhaps something even more challenging. Find out if you have what it takes to beat the odds.
